If you are not already an online retailer, previous customer or "Secondary Producer" do not ask for FTP user name and password. You will not be given access. This is our safeguard to cut down on the fradulent use of personal and confidential information. If you are given FTP access to the model ID's & releases please do NOT give out the FTP access, model ID's or release information to other parties other than the authorized investigating officers. Please do not delete model ID's and model releases from the server. It is used as a professional service to established retailers who must also comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75. compliance laws. Thank you.
